We appreciate you being with us in the ceremony and would like to stay with you further for dinner at Frank’s Spaghetti House. Before we proceed to the menu, let’s get to know it a little.
As most of you know; we love the beach, we love being near the water, we love sunsets by the beach, so we have been thinking of considering a restaurant by the bay. But when we were being adventurous one day and have tried exploring the restaurants around Corpus Christi, we stumbled upon Frank’s Spaghetti House and we never went wrong by saying that everything here is great. See below for some information about them courtesy of their website:
Housed in an old home built in 1921, its architecture is that of yesteryear, with brick construction and foot-thick walls. Frank came to Corpus Christi from Sicily by way of Chicago and World War II service in the U.S. Navy. His mother taught him to cook, and he taught us before his retirement in 1973. The Moody family has been proudly serving the Coastal Bend for generations. Sue Moody is retired and currently living in Mesa, Arizona. Sue’s son, Mike Moody took over in 1993 and has been serving our beautiful city by the bay. Now his three kids are here on a full time basis. Vanessa is the oldest and she sometimes has her kids here helping and learning the ways of the restaurant. Michael is the middle one and he has mastered the kitchen. The youngest, Matthew, has his wife, Teresa, working along side him as well as raising their two young girls. Vanessa and Teresa make all of the desserts from cheesecakes to tiramisu and many more. Very friendly people who come to enjoy good home cooked meals have always patronized Frank’s. We are one of Corpus Christi’s best kept secrets.
